The Outreach and Enablement Teams represented Independence & Well Being by attending the HAS Technology group forum on 07/11/2019. HAS Technology Group is a global provider of innovative workforce management technology solutions.
The event was attended by the NHS and Councils across the country and provided the services with a view of the new platforms and innovative ideas being developed and used to better support providers to maximise resource and improve the quality of the people’s lives we support.
Platforms reviewed included ARMED (Advanced Risk Modelling for Early Detection) which combines pioneering predictive analytics modelling and innovative wearable technology with health and social care data to identify risks earlier in the care cycle, including the risk of falling. By using ARMED, health and social care providers are able actively reduce the number of clients falls and associated hospital admissions by a significant margin
PAMMS (Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution) brings together care assessment data, quality indicators, credit ratings and CQC ratings to deliver a powerful real-time view of care services for Local Authorities and their stakeholders. The PAMMS Risk Profiler offers an early warning if agencies are at risk of failing. The system is currently being used within 52 providers across the country, Enfield included.
Scheduling and monitoring of carers rotas and the development of the new CM Mobile working app, which Independence and Wellbeing have started implementing this year, to improve the services we deliver to adults within Enfield. Attendees had the opportunity to review a proposed Outcomes scoring tool, to better evidence the achievements of reaching goals following care provider support and input.
The event proved to also be an excellent opportunity to network with other providers across the country.
The knowledge obtained from this event will be taken to the services to enhance development within the digital world and remain up to date with changes to systems.
Special thanks to Helen and Luke for representing the teams. (Melanie also in attendance)
